The Opportunity
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Partner directly with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
Drive enhanced reporting, analytics, and business performance visibility
Oversee FP&A operations across a complex and evolving organization
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-term planning processes
Consolidate business unit financials into enterprise-level reporting and analysis
Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, trend analysis, and strategic reporting
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and operational leadership teams
Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis to support decision-making
Support new business initiatives, growth strategies, and profitability analysis
Ensure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance standards
Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team
10 years of progressive FP&A or Finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
Background within financial services, banking, credit unions, or regulated environments preferred
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis
Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively
Advanced Excel and financial systems/reporting expertise
MBA and/or CPA preferred
