We are partnering with a well-established, small insurance firm seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to support their team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on managing and delivering US employee and executive benefits programs, ensuring continuity and high-quality service during a key transition period.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work within a lean, collaborative environment, where your expertise will have immediate visibility and impact.
- Manage and administer US benefits programs, including health, retirement, and executive compensation plans
- Support day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives on benefits queries
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery
- Assist with process improvement and documentation during the contract period
- Proven experience in US benefits administration, ideally including executive-level plans
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare, retirement, and executive compensation structures
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice (preferred)
Salary : $70 - $90
