• Own inventory, costing, and budgeting from the ground up

What You'll Do:

• Lead all plant-level financials: closing, reporting, variance analysis

• Oversee inventory accuracy and cost control initiatives

• Own product costing: BOMs, routings, labor/material/overhead variance

• Deliver insights to improve margins and operational KPIs

• Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, supply chain, and corporate leadership

What You'll Bring:

• 10 years in manufacturing finance, with 3 years at the plant controller level

• Deep experience in GAAP, cost accounting, and financial operations

• Strong ERP and Excel skills (Dynamics/Business Central a plus)

• A hands-on, analytical mindset and the confidence to influence leadership
