What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compensation & Benefits Analyst position at Oakleaf Partnership?
What you’ll do
- Administer U.S. benefits programs end‑to‑end (health, retirement, disability, leave of absence, Open Enrollment)
- Serve as the main contact for benefits vendors and manage employee inquiries
- Support compensation programs including benchmarking, merit cycles, incentives and pay equity analysis
- Provide compensation guidance for hiring, promotions and off‑cycle changes
- Build reports, dashboards and analytics to support HR and business leaders
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong Excel, analytical and data accuracy skills
- Knowledge of U.S. benefits and employment‑related laws
- SHRM, CCP or CBP certification preferred (or in progress)
Salary : $40 - $50
