What You’ll Do as a Environmental Services (ES) Technician:
ES Technicians are an important part of the Oaklawn team, keeping our campuses clean and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors.
- ES Technicians clean offices, outlying areas, hallways, restrooms, work areas and carpet and tile flooring.
- Night shift - 6p - 2a with some weekends and rotating holidays
Primary duties:
- Clean offices, outlying areas, hallways, restrooms and work areas
- May clean carpet and tile flooring.
- Keep campuses clean and welcoming
- Follow a daily schedule and checklist
Additional skills and abilities:
- Self-motivator capable of working with minimal supervision
- Be able to lift 25 pounds to chest level throughout the day
- Ability to work safely with common household chemicals
- Consistent ability to bend, stand and reach
Minimum hiring requirements:
- High school diploma OR one year previous experience in housekeeping
- At least 18 years old
Salary : $32,577 - $41,017
