What You Will Do as an Administrative Assistant - Float:
The Administrative Assistant - Float position starts at $17.64 hr.
Duties include:
- Covering front desks in Elkhart and Goshen
- Answering phone and handling messages
- Making appointments and schedules
- Greeting and directing visitors and clients
- Operating office equipment
- Supporting team members with various needs and requests
We are looking for the following persons:
- Candidates who are bilingual.
- Those who have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
- Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
- Those who love working in a supportive team environment
