What You’ll Do as the Customer Service Representative:
Primary duties
- Work aging for self-pay clients
- Call clients and verify Medicaid eligibility
- Take credit card payments and set up payment plans
- Verify income and update the sliding fee scales.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual skills highly recommended
