What You’ll Do as a Clinical Records Processor:
Clinical Records Processor duties include:
- Data entry
- Request records from external providers,
- Prepare CCDAs and Notice of Initial Client Contact
- Assist with processing obituaries, internal ROIs, and help compile audit material
- Learn other duties to assist in the management of the electronic/paper record.
Position requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Computer proficiency at a high level as demonstrated by 2 years of experience in using computers in daily work.
- Use of word processing and report generation software for 1 year.
