Goshen Theater is a refurbished historic theater in downtown Goshen, IN. Goshen is a very "artsy" town with all types of artists' guilds and several excellent venues for entertainment, including our theater. The theater is looking for an Executive Director who has knowledge in development, advancement and marketing. This person will be the "face" of the theater in our region. Our Executive Director needs to be an avid fundraiser with experience to share. This is a full-time position. There is additional theater staff that the ED oversees: a program manager, an education/box office manager, and a technical director.
Responsibilities
● Provide administrative direction, delegation and oversight of theater functions, policies, procedures, staff management, daily operations and customer service expectations.
● Oversee and implement a strategic Marketing Plan for the theater, including website updates, social media, printed media, and event promotion.
● Develop and implement fundraising strategies
● Implement and maintain fiscal controls and maintain the annual budgets
● Provide fiscal leadership in planning annual and capital budgets
● Be a part of the broader local community, building meaningful relationships that promote theater participation and support.
● Develop and implement an annual fundraising strategy, including grants, donations, program underwriting, and donor stewardship/recognition opportunities.
● Liaison to the Goshen Theater Board of Directors – including presenting a written and verbal ED Report at each meeting.
● Will attend and participate in Goshen Theater events as needed. Inclusive of weekends and evenings.

Benefits:

· Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
