The primary duties as the Orientation & Training Specialist include:
Supervising and coordinating procedures for training and development of direct care staff trainees in the Intensive Services program in order to be a competent member of the service delivery team.

The primary duties as the Orientation & Training Specialist include:
Supervising and coordinating procedures for training and development of direct care staff trainees in the Intensive Services program in order to be a competent member of the service delivery team.
Interacting with:
- Clients and families. The frequency varies with needs, acuity levels and assignments.
- Therapists, physicians, and other employees involved in the case.
- Community resources, providers, coordination of services and referral sources such as: DCS, court, probation, schools, and health care providers.
- High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in social or human services fieldn0referred; OBHP if supervised by a clinical supervisor (LP)
- Two - four years experience working with clients in residential or outpatient settings. Two years supervision experience preferred.
