Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Provide high-quality childcare by supervising children during activities, meals, naps, and outdoor play to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment that encourages respectful behavior and active participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, milestones, and any concerns through meetings, reports, or informal updates.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering independence and social skills among children.
- Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and welfare are prioritized in compliance with legal requirements.
Pay: $14.00 - $14.75 per hour
