Overview
Join us! We are looking for a 2-year-old preschool teacher! You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored specifically for toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of 2-year-olds, incorporating elements of literacy education, physical activity, and social skills.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
- Conduct child development assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's growth, behavior, and milestones, fostering strong home-school connections.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards by maintaining accurate records of incidents and observations.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment aligned with daycare standards and early childhood best practices.
Skills
Experience is preferred but willing to train.
Pay: $14.00 - $14.75 per hour
