Join our friendly private dental office (NOT A DSO) as a Full-Time Dental Hygienist . We’re a PPO & fee-for-service practice with a strong hygiene program and loyal patients. Earn $55–$62/hr, enjoy a supportive team, and see a base of extremely loyal and friendly patient base! Owned by a private, down to earth doctor! Your Role
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and maintenance
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in NJ
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience in a private practice setting preferred
