Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures open and closing work are completed at each snack bar prior to/after snack bar is opened/closed for the day.
· Monitors and maintains appropriate stock levels at snack bars on an ongoing basis and works closely with Purchaser to ensure snack bar is stocked proactively and per par levels daily. Follows the Requisition Form process.
· Monitors ingredients for freshness and quality and alerts snack bar cook with any issues
· Ensures accurate and quality preparation of items/dishes following a recipe or directions.
· Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of production and service equipment, service areas, storeroom and eating areas at all times. Follows all ServSafe, OSHA, and Health Department guidelines, including appropriate storage of food items.
· Familiar with all snack bar kitchen equipment, and demonstrates appropriate and safe use of same.
· Schedules and supervises staff for smooth and efficient operations at each snack bar, for each shift
· Schedules and co-supervises snack bar cooks for smooth and efficient operations at each snack bar, for each shift. If there are performance issues with a cook, Snack bar Supervisor will address. If documentation is required, Snack bar Supervisor will work with Sous Chef and HR to initiate.
· Develops and enforces Snack bar Standard Operating Procedures, and effectively trains staff
· Works closely with the Sous Chef to provide feedback on Member satisfaction with the menu, and makes recommendations as needed
· Works shifts at snack bars where needed.
· Manages production to avoid excess waste of products
· Assists Clubhouse Manager with assessing departmental needs and provides suggestions for improving operations
· Point person for all events related to the Snack bars (i.e. Monday Outings, pool parties, club events, etc.). Proactively ensures snack bars are set up, stocked, and staff are prepared for the event to ensure smooth operations.
· Partners closely with 1st Tee and other departments to remain fully aware of Club operations and their effect on Snack bar operations

Qualifications:
· Culinary Arts Certificate / Degree & 1 year relevant food service industry experience OR High School Diploma and & 2 years relevant food service industry experience
· Current ServSafe certification
· 21 years of age or older
· Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
· Able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, which includes, but is not limited to: Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to ensure smooth operations of department bending, stooping, standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
