Server Assistants - Pool Snack Bar SUMMER 2025

Oakland Hills Country Club is a platinum private country club serving an elite membership that loves their club and cares for their staff. Work up to 40 hours a week, based on your availability.

Job Summary:

This position provides assistance to the Servers and delivering premium poolside service to members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. The staff will be expected to have an excellent understanding of outdoor and poolside service. The Server Assistant - Pool Snack Bar will also be expected to go above and beyond to deliver memorable events, while bringing a high level of energy and professionalism.

Job Duties:

• Table maintenance (setting and clearing )
• Set up/ tear down furniture when necessary
• Running food when needed
• Complete assigned side work in allocated timeframe
• Follow food safety & sanitary guidelines issued by the Health Department
• Keeps work area clean and neat, stock inventory
• Promotes an attitude of teamwork by assisting coworkers
• Works as directed to support the mission and values of Oakland Hills Country Club
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Working Conditions:

Work will generally be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor temperatures can range from 50F to 100F during summer months, and there will be exposure to loud noises and sustained elements. Working schedule is generally 20-40 hours per week, with some holidays and weekends required. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required. General standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling movements are required.
