Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical history and insurance information.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries related to Denti-Cal and other insurance plans.
- Assist in managing the flow of patients within the clinic to ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations and excellent patient care.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical records.
