IT Training & Support Specialist Opportunity!
Monday-Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have six years of Information Systems/Technology experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurate documentation of IT projects.
- Providing excellent customer service for IT customers.
- Completing data entry tasks in a timely manner.
- Providing IT support for the factory
- Supports IT Department with special projects as needed
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple priorities and interruptions.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience and ability.
- Skill in the operation of a personal computer.
Other Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, or related field strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Six years of Information Systems/Technology experience;or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Pre-employment drug test
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
