We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Builder Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have five years of relevant experience in the cabinet industry maximizing sales opportunities using product, design, pricing knowledge; and performs related duties as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and coordinates all sales initiatives with builders, creating long-lasting relationships, ensuring quality and customer service goals are met.
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of sales strategies, concentrating on growth with builder accounts and actively pursuing new accounts.
- Responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and supports builder accounts using comprehensive product, design and pricing knowledge.
- Responsible for design assistance and customer support to builder accounts, ensuring quality and customer service goals are met.
- Responsible for coordination with internal team members in the design, pricing and bidding process to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Other Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma/GED and five years of sales experience in the building products industry required; previous experience with 20/20 Design software encouraged; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Proven experience in the successful execution of strategic plans, closing and growing sales.
- Background Check
- A current Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Pre-employment drug test
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
