Overview
The Concessions Manager is responsible for leading all concession operations, including food and beverage sales, staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance. This position ensures efficient operations during events and daily business activities while maintaining high standards for service, food quality, safety, and profitability.
This role pays an annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily concession operations, including food and beverage stands, kiosks, and retail outlets.
- Manage concession staff recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction throughout all concession locations.
- Monitor food quality, product presentation, and service standards.
- Develop staffing plans to support event schedules and business demands.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and product control procedures.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor labor and food costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Implement loss prevention and cash-handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to support operational needs.
- Address guest complaints and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare operational, financial, and inventory reports.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and premium service offerings.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of food service, hospitality, concessions, or retail operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
- Experience in sports and entertainment venues, arenas, stadiums, convention centers, theme parks, or large-scale hospitality operations preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and operational expenses.
- Experience with inventory management and concession software systems.
