FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Additional Compensation: Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may include performance-based salary increases. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant must have performed duties satisfactorily in their current position for at least a period of six (6) months. Employees who have a written warning on file within the prior six-month period, or are on probation or suspension, are not eligible to apply for posted jobs.
