About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity built for someone ready to learn the business from the ground up. No prior experience in loans or finance is required just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow. You'll start part-time and, as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility, transition into a full-time role with expanded opportunities within the company.
What You'll Do
- Assist with collecting and organizing loan documents including income verification, bank statements, credit reports, and title packages
- Help set up and maintain loan files, keeping everything accurate and up to date
- Communicate with clients, escrow officers, title companies, and vendors under the guidance of senior team members
- Track file progress and follow up on outstanding items to keep deals moving
- Learn loan origination software and internal systems (full training provided)
- Support the team with administrative and client-facing tasks as needed
