Oak Terrace Senior Living of St. Peter is currently seeking motivated, dependable & compassionate individuals who are eager to to join our outstanding direct care team! Currently we have opportunities available on our EVENING SHIFT (2:00P-10:30P).
About the Role
As a direct care team member, you will work closely with our on-site Registered Nurse and team of care givers to provide personalized, hands-on care to our residents. Your role is vital in supporting their daily routines, promoting dignity, and helping them live in comfort and with purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
- Communicating resident needs and observations to nursing staff
- Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a committed care team
