We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team, in apartment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, painting, dry wall repair
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Pay depends on experience
- Proven experience in maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting various systems.
- Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools is advantageous.
