Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for our unit turns/Make Readys. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate general maintenance knowledge including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, drywall repairs, and grounds keeping. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
- Fabricate parts or components as required to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Grounds keeping
- Basic Paint
- Collaborate with other office staff and home owners to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- General HVAC and plumbing knowledge
- Drywall repair
- Basic Painting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with clients.
