The pay is $15 -17 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. You’ll have the chance to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support children’s growth and success. What You’ll Do• Assist the lead classroom teacher to coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching• Work with the lead teach to plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement• Ensure all Center policies and state regulations are met• Represent Oak Ridge Children’s Academy with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.What We Need from You:• Degree in Early childhood education or related field of study required• FL DCF 45 hours Required• National CDA Highly Preferred• FL DCF Transcript – Please send transcript to Dbrown@source2.com.
