The Nursing Home Administrator responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating a passion for working with seniors
• Demonstrating effective communication skills
• Maintaining attention to detail in care and services
• Maintaining positive communication with residents, family members and staff
• Managing staff meetings, training and new hire orientations
• Implementing and follow all Oak Park Place policies
• Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Managing conflicts and resolve complex problems
• Driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Requirements

Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Current Wisconsin NHA license
