The Driver responsibilities include:

• Driving Oak Park Place vehicles and transporting residents
• Providing assistance for residents entering and exiting vehicles
• Complying with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
• Following relevant safety regulations and ensuring that passengers follow safety regulations
• Checking the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order
• Helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

Driver Qualifications:

• Clean Driving Record
• Experience in customer service
• Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in Maintenance preferred
