Clinic Operations Manager (temporary)

We’re looking for a Clinic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our primary care sites—supporting staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and compliance
• Manage schedules, budgets, and operational performance
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, and accreditation standards
• Resolve patient concerns and foster a positive, team-oriented culture
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years of medical office experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, EMRs, and healthcare workflows
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead with confidence
• Bachelor’s degree or CMOM certification (preferred)
