Salary Description $65,000

- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and compliance
- Manage schedules, budgets, and operational performance
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, and accreditation standards
- Resolve patient concerns and foster a positive, team-oriented culture
- 3 years of medical office experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations, EMRs, and healthcare workflows
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead with confidence
- Bachelor’s degree or CMOM certification (preferred)
