What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Oak Mountain Winery?
Barback position
- Stocking: Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and other supplies
- Cleaning: Keeping the barback area clean and tidy by cleaning up spills and broken glasses
- Housekeeping maintenance of property and other locations.
- Trash: Taking out the trash when needed
Barbacks should have the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of basic bar equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
