Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily hotel activities, supervise hospitality teams, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, maintain property management systems, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including check ins, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, providing leadership, training, and motivation to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor hotel management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms to optimize efficiency.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, and safety regulations across all departments.
• Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
• Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to support seamless communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management software, and hospitality reservation systems.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively across multiple departments.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and managing hospitality operations budgets.
• Exceptional managerial communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in human resources functions such as staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining hotel guest service standards.
• Familiarity with front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems and night audit procedures is preferred.
