Tasting Room Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, guiding them through our menus, and creating a memorable experience that highlights our hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality settings. A strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and surrounding areas
• Handle food and beverage service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• Manage multiple tables or groups efficiently during busy periods
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hospitality standards

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices and proper handling procedures
• Experience in serving, bartending, or banquet settings is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Familiarity with dietary considerations or dietary aide experience is a plus
• Prior experience in a tasting room or wine-related environment is desirable but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
