About the Role
As a key member of our tasting room team, you'll manage the full guest experience—from opening procedures and wine service to food presentation, payment processing, and closing operations. Your commitment to exceptional hospitality will help us deliver the superior quality our guests expect.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in restaurant or hospitality role
- Point of sale (POS) system experience
- Winery experience is a plus but not required
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse audiences
- Sound decision-making capabilities in fast-paced situations
Availability & Physical Requirements:
- Flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (wine cases)
