What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Associate position at Arizona Stronghold Vineyards?
As a Tasting Room Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serving wine flights, glasses, and bottles to guests
- Creating a memorable and unique guest experience in the tasting room
- Preparing and serving tapas and light food offerings
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Supporting onsite and offsite events as needed
This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Saturday & Sunday availability is required, as this is the primary regularly scheduled shift for the position. Additional fill-in and support hours may also be available based on business needs and event schedules.
Compensation is hourly pay plus tips.
