About the Opportunity
Oak Creek Plumbing & Remodeling is an established residential plumbing and remodeling company serving southeastern Wisconsin.
We are looking for experienced Bathroom Remodel Installers, Finish Carpenters, and Residential Remodelers who take pride in craftsmanship, work efficiently, and can complete assigned projects independently.

Experienced finish carpenters are encouraged to apply. Previous acrylic shower installation experience is preferred but not required. We provide training on our specific products and installation methods.
This is not an entry-level helper position. We are seeking skilled tradespeople with hands-on remodeling or carpentry experience who can take ownership of their work, solve problems in the field, and deliver professional results without constant supervision.

- Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install remodeling materials.
- Follow manufacturer installation instructions and OCP quality standards.
- Work independently while meeting project schedules and labor-hour expectations.
- Identify unexpected conditions and communicate with the project coordinator before proceeding with changes.
- Coordinate with OCP's licensed plumbers and other trades when necessary.
- Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
- Document progress with job photos and communicate project status.
- Complete punch-list items and deliver a finished product that meets customer expectations.
