Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer, located in Houston, TX. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting interior finishes in addition to visiting job sites and meeting with sub-contractors to ensure design continuity. They will work closely with the team to ensure that each project aligns with the client's vision and the firm's design principles, while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical documentation
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit as well as rendering software
- Drawing and artistic skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in residential architecture is a plus
- Experience in Interior Design is a plus
