Summer 2026 Marketing Intern

Job Overview

O2DCA is looking for a proactive, high-energy Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer 2026 season. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to move beyond the classroom and into the engine room of a professional digital agency.

You will serve as the tactical support for our marketing team, helping execute digital strategies for a diverse client base ranging from tech companies to non-profits. Your goal is to provide reliable support to the marketing manager - handling execution items and tasks that allow our marketing campaigns to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Support: Assist in the setup and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other various campaigns.
• Content Creation: Draft blog posts, case studies, website copy, and email newsletters that represent our clients’ brands with quality and precision.
• Data & Reporting: Help pull raw data from Google Analytics and other platforms to assist in the creation of monthly client performance reports.
• SEO Research: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to help our clients stay ahead of industry trends.
• Administrative Support: Handle light administrative tasks and client communication to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Reliability: You are looking to develop into a dependable team member who can handle delegated tasks with minimal oversight once trained.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, or social media strategies is a major plus. Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Figma/Photoshop) is beneficial.

Status: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Compensation: $15.00/hour & Letter for college credit confirmation (if needed)

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week (M/T/W) with Mon & Wed being in-office days. Tuesday will be remote.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-Hour unpaid Lunch)
