Job Overview
We are seeking a high-accountability Project Manager to serve as the ultimate facilitator and translator between our clients and our internal technical and marketing teams. You will be the central point of contact for several clients within our portfolio, while taking the lead on project communications, managing dependencies, eliminating workflow bottlenecks, and protecting the agency from scope creep by confidently executing change orders or aligning client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of complex website development, application builds, and cross-functional client initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Technical Liaison: Translate complex client business requests into structured, actionable development tasks; facilitate clear communication between non-technical clients and the internal engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Traffic Control: Coordinate workflows across diverse teams, including web developers, designers, and the performance marketing arm to manage bandwidth and resource scheduling.
- Scope Guard: Monitor project deliverables and financial targets; actively identify out-of-scope client requests and implement necessary change orders or escalate "gray areas" to executive leadership.
- Operational Visibility: Own the tracking systems within our project management platform, establishing clean, real-time dashboards for milestone verification.
What We’re Looking For
- Project Management Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience managing software or web development projects in a fast-paced agency or tech environment. Proven skill utilizing a PM software, such as Teamwork.com, Clickup, Monday.com, Confluence, or similar.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable operating in technical discussions regarding server deployments, staging environments, data structures, software development, and marketing.
- Operational Efficiency: Background in streamlining processes, breaking down organizational silos, and optimizing resource management.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal presence; ability to capture a room, lead client calls, and present complex timelines concisely.
- Hands-On Execution: A pragmatic "figure it out and move it forward" mindset; deep attention to detail without losing sight of overall delivery velocity.
90-120 Day Impact Milestones
- Full Autonomy: Achieve working knowledge of O2DCA's product offerings, workflows, and team dynamics, enabling independent ownership of the client pipeline.
- Platform Visibility: Establish 100% data integrity within PM software - every active project must be clearly mapped against scope parameters, active dependencies, deadlines, and owners.
- Execution Efficiency: Significantly reduce cycle times and stalled client tasks through proactive follow-ups and aggressive blocker elimination.

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
Schedule: Hybrid: 2 days in office (Mon & Wed) and WFH on Tues/Thur/Fri.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-Hour for Lunch)
