Position Overview
O’so Brewing Co. & Pizzeria is hiring Service Staff for a hybrid Bar Kitchen role. This position blends food preparation, guest service, and bar support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who care about quality, cleanliness, and customer experience, and who are interested in building a long-term career with us.
Compensation
- Kitchen: $14/hour tips (Average $22-23/hour)
- Bar: $8/hour base tips (Average $22–$28/hour))
Hours & Scheduling
- Currently looking to add in two staff, 20-30 hours a week, especially around weekends.
Taproom Open Hours:
Tuesday: 2 - 9 p.m
Wednesday: 11 - 9 p.m
Thursday: 11 - 10 p.m
Friday: 11 - 11 p.m
Saturday: 11 - 11 p.m
Sunday: 11 - 7 p.m
Amore Open Hours:
Tues: 4 - 8 pm
Wed - Thurs: 11 am - 8 pm
Fri - Sat: 11 am - 9 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 6 pm
Responsibilities
Depending on shift and business needs, team members may:
- Prepare and serve food following established recipes and procedures
- Assist with bar service and guest interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Handle high-volume service during peak hours and events
- Work closely with teammates across departments
- Deliver consistent, friendly customer service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational standards
