Customer Service Representative - Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm!

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Neenah, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Must have 1 year of customer service experience in an office/business setting
• Printing or manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Must know how to read a ruler/tape measure for measurements and have basic math skills
• Strong ability to work with numbers and extremely detail orientated
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills 
• Prefer stable work history
• Polite when dealing with customer expectations
• Quick learner, ambitious and a desire to learn

Responsibilities:

• Process customer requests for quotes and orders, enter into estimating computer system
• Complete research within competing markets 
• Provide cost-effective product alternatives to customers
• Interact with scheduling and purchasing to expedite orders
• Monitor order status for customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints
