Responsibilities
- Set up, stock, and prepare high-quality food items on the line during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
- Handle daily prep work, portion control, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain a spotlessly clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Communicate smoothly with front-of-house staff and fellow cooks to ensure ticket times stay low and food quality stays high.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred (pub or tavern experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!).
- Strong knife skills, knowledge of basic cooking techniques, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
