Now Hiring: Accounting Coordinator

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton - Springfield, MO

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare and submit invoices, process payments, and monitor accounts.
  • Accounts Payable: Verify, process invoices, and maintain vendor files.
  • General Support: Maintain financial records, assist with month-end reports, and handle petty cash.
  • Liaise with departments, customers, and vendors.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and work with mathematical concepts.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Planning and organizing, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma with 2 years of clerical experience or equivalent education and experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • General office environment with minimal distractions and protection from weather conditions.
