What You'll Do
- Partner with Public Relations & Marketing to develop O'Reilly Careers social media and job board plans, including content strategies, articles and campaigns, with an emphasis on setting strategic goals and developing key reporting metrics
- Lead marketing channels: use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
- Continually seek out new ways to drive communication and engagement by optimizing website content, tags, keywords, blogs and various web marketing avenues based on data to increase SEO
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance Respond in a timely manner with regards to compliments, complaints and questions receive through various platforms and coordinate with appropriate departments
- Maintenance of O’Reilly Careers, all employer pages and company intranet
- Create recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaigns for DCs, stores, and Corporate Office

Required
- BA/BS or equivalent experience Proven success in social media, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with a passion for storytelling
- 1–3 years in recruitment marketing campaigns, social campaigns, etc.
- Experience with video/photo production and job board optimization
