Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution of HR-related initiatives
- Develop project scopes, charters, timelines, resource plans, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear deliverables and success metrics
- Monitor and report progress to leadership, identifying and mitigating risks proactively
- Support project workforce planning, and capability-building strategies
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and readiness assessments
- Lead communication efforts for change initiatives working with cross functional partners
- Align HR efforts with broader business transformation strategies
- Serve as a change advocate, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation
- Create and deliver change impact analyses and adoption tracking to ensure successful transitions
- Equip leaders and managers with tools to lead change effectively across their teams
- Understanding of HR functions and systems
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, and escalation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to manage the documentation, archiving, traceability, changes, and approvals of requirements throughout the project life cycle
- Well-developed planning abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience planning and managing small project work assignments within desired time and quality parameters
- Experience in retail specific HR change initiatives
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (2 – 4 years)
