What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window/Shower Door Installer position at O&P Glass?
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
O&P Glass is a family-owned glass company in our 48th year in the business. Our installation crews drive from the shop to the jobsites in company vehicles and are paid to travel!
Our residential division is looking to add another person to our team. We are looking for a person that can help install windows, glass showers, cut glass in our shop, and do auto glass. We will train you to do this work. Wages will be dependent on skill and experience.
Requirements
- - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- -High school diploma or equivalent
- -Valid driver's license
- -Must have your own set of tools (we provide chop/table saws and offer a tool purchase account)
- -Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges
- - Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required
- -Willing to work overtime when needed
You must also be willing learn the glass industry.
