Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures on various construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately measure and plan installations.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, assemble, and install windows, doors, interior and exterior trim carpentry , and siding.
- Proven experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, siding, framing, and related construction roles.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels; power tools including pneumatic nailers; ladders and staging.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards on busy construction sites.
- Familiarity with remodeling processes, fixture installation, cabinetry work, construction painting, drywall finishing, and handyman tasks is preferred.
