Requirements
What you should bring:
- Your positive attitude
- 1-2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional technical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- State of Ohio insurance license is a plus, but not required. We will help you get licensed if needed.
Responsibilities

- Manage and service a book of personal insurance clients
- Assist clients with policy renewals, coverage changes, and claims
- Provide expert guidance on available insurance programs and coverage options
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide timely resolutions
