Job Description
- O'Neill Insurance., a growing insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is seeking to add a Commercial Account Manager to work alongside a team of enthusiastic and dedicated insurance professionals. The role will include providing professional, high-quality service and sales to existing clients and prospects to assist in retaining current clients, and assisting producers in writing new accounts. The Account Manager will conduct coverage and risk analyses for prospects and clients, and make recommendations to the Producer to enhance the insurance programs. The Commercial Account Manager will build relationships with clients and work with Account Assistants to provide extraordinary service.

Responsibilities
- ·Manage the overall insurance program for a book of commercial business clients
- Conduct coverage analysis and understand scope of clients' and prospects' business
- Support the producers and maintain high client retention by managing current client relationships
- Stay up-to-date on current topics in the insurance and risk management marketplace
- Possess a strong desire and ability to work in a team-servicing and team-selling environment
- Continue to work on yourself and take advantage of every opportunity to increase your skills and own your personal development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience in an agency or with an insurance carrier
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technology and automation
- Excellent, high-quality, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain within 60 days
