We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (0–10 years experience) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield).
This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances (typically 2–3 times per week).
We are open to both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation
- Attend court locally (approx. 2–3 times per week)
- Manage cases with administrative and legal support
- Grow into increased independence over time
We are open to candidates at different experience levels:
Experienced Attorneys (3 years):
- Background in family law and/or civil litigation
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
- Licensed or awaiting bar results
- Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
- Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
- Set your own billable target — control your workload and income
- Consistent case flow — no requirement to generate business
- Remote flexibility with local courtroom practice
- Strong mentorship and support
- Full support staff
- $75,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and workload
- Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
- 10% origination bonus
