Operations Coordinator (Project Support)

We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator (Project Support) | Keep It Tight. Keep It Moving.

Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $26–$32/hour | Full-Time

Company Overview:

At Commercial Kitchen Ventilation, we design, fabricate, and install systems that have to work under real constraints, tight timelines, and zero room for error.

We’re a small, fast-moving team. No layers. No wasted motion. Everyone contributes.

Position Summary:

This role exists to keep projects from slipping. You’ll manage the details, track moving parts, and follow up until things are done — not noted. If you need direction to stay on track, this isn’t the role.

This is a high-accountability support role.

You will work directly with Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to keep active jobs organized, aligned, and moving. You are not managing people or owning projects — but you are expected to think, prioritize, and execute without constant direction.

If details slip or you wait to be told what to do next, this role will break down quickly.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

• Own organization of active jobs — files, drawings, schedules, and communication

• Track progress, follow up, and close out open items across teams

• Handle permits, submittals, documentation, and material coordination

• Identify gaps early and surface issues before they slow execution

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where priorities shift

• Strong organization and judgment — you can prioritize, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased

• Working proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace or equivalent) and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing accuracy

• Valid driver’s license and insurability

Work Environment:

This is an office-based administrative role with the majority of time spent on a computer managing communication and documentation. You will be coordinating work across email, phone, and text throughout the day.

You should be able to:

• Work at a computer for extended periods

• Manage high volumes of communication without losing clarity or accuracy

• Stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment
