Position Summary:
This is not a coordinator role.
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll learn how projects actually get built — in the field, under pressure, with real constraints. You’ll work directly with senior PMs, support active jobs, and take ownership of smaller projects as you prove you can handle them.
You’re expected to think ahead, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased.
What You’ll Do:
Support design and field verification of ventilation systems
Coordinate fabrication and install to keep jobs moving
Run job sites — align crews, trades, and timelines
Track progress and flag issues before they become problems
Take ownership of smaller projects as you prove capability
What You’ll Bring:
1–3 years in HVAC, construction, or project coordination
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read the job, not just the plans
Clear communication — field and office
Ownership mindset — you act without being chased
Valid driver’s license and insurability; willingness to work in the field
Work Environment:
Office, shop, and active job sites.
You’ll be on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in live kitchens. Expect ladders, tight spaces, and real-time problem solving.
